What can and can't be refunded.

Last updated 4 October 2026

Sound packs and MIDI packs

Every pack is a digital download. Once you pay, the files are yours: they land in your inbox straight away and can't be handed back. Packs can't be returned or refunded. That's why every pack on the site plays before you buy, so you can hear exactly what you're getting first.

Courses

Courses are PDF downloads, delivered by email the moment you pay. A course can't be un-read, so courses can't be returned or refunded either. The course page lists every module and page count before you buy.

1-on-1 coaching

Coaching is a service, so it works differently: email within 7 days of booking for a full refund.

If a file is broken

If a download link expires, a file won't open, or something in a pack is missing, reply to your order email or write to Sfooxbeats@gmail.com. I'll send a working copy. A broken file is my problem to fix, not a reason you lose what you paid for.
