LoopGem is run by Soufiane Remdane (Sfooxbeats). This page explains what information the site collects, why it collects it, and how to have it removed. If anything here is unclear, email Sfooxbeats@gmail.com and ask.
What gets collected
Only what a specific feature needs to work:
- Contact form. Your name, email, chosen subject, and message. Used to answer you, nothing else.
- Newsletter. Your email address, added to the list the moment you submit the form. Nothing else, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- If you buy. Buyers are added to the same list and tagged with what they bought, so emails can be relevant rather than generic. That means you may receive the newsletter after a purchase. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is permanent.
- Course purchases. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal. LoopGem never sees or stores your card details. PayPal reports back your email and name so the PDF can be delivered and the sale recorded.
- Coaching bookings. Scheduling runs on Cal.com, which collects the details needed to book the call.
- Analytics. Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages viewed and rough location. It is not used to identify you personally.
What is never done
- Your email is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
- If you unsubscribe, buying something later does not put you back on the list. Opting out stays opted out.
- No account is created for you, and no password is ever stored.
Services used
The site relies on a small number of providers, each holding only the data their job requires: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery and the newsletter list), PayPal (payments), Cal.com (call scheduling), Google Analytics (anonymous usage), and Upstash (short-lived rate-limiting records that prevent spam). Each has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. The WhatsApp chat widget remembers, for the current browser session only, that you closed it, so it does not reopen and annoy you. Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop the site working.
How long things are kept
- Contact messages stay in the email inbox until they are no longer needed.
- Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.
- Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and support.
- Download links expire automatically 30 days after purchase.
Your control
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. Beyond that, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Sfooxbeats@gmail.com and it will be handled. No forms, no hoops.
Children
LoopGem sells to working and aspiring music producers and is not aimed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be mentioned in the newsletter.
